Tshimakain Creek (T-Creek) Research and Development (R&D) is a clinical laboratory 100% owned and operated by the Spokane Tribe of Indians in Wellpinit, Washington.
As a research and diagnostic facility, T-Creek R&D is dedicated to the health and wellness issues disproportionately affecting the Native American community, as well as major health risks for the overall population. These include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and drug dependency, among others.
As a tribally owned facility, our goal is to go beyond the diagnosis and help create sustainable lifestyle changes, leading to long and healthy lives for our families. Our reach is nationwide, and with your support, these health disparities will become a thing of the past.
