Tshimakain Creek (T-Creek) Research and Development (R&D) is a clinical laboratory 100% owned and operated by the Spokane Tribe of Indians in Wellpinit, Washington.

 

As a research and diagnostic facility, T-Creek R&D is dedicated to the health and wellness issues disproportionately affecting the Native American community, as well as major health risks for the overall population. These include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and drug dependency, among others.
